Our "How to Recruit Minority Faculty Candidates" workshop provides comprehensive guidance on building feeder programs with minority academic and professional organizations and academic institutions, creating impressive diversity recruitment publications, and incorporating alumni and academic departments in recruitment and retention phases.

In addition, we recently introduced our Minority Faculty Applicant Database (MFAD) which directly connects thousands of minority applicants with faculty employment opportunities within higher education.
